Because all products sold on this website are made to order and produced on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges except in specific cases outlined below.
No Right of Withdrawal
Due to the custom and print-on-demand nature of our products, customers are not entitled to cancel or return an order once it has been placed, except in cases of defects or errors.
This policy complies with applicable consumer protection regulations for personalized and made-to-order goods.
Eligible Cases for Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only offered if:
• The product arrives damaged
• The product is defective
• The wrong item was received
To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Returns of Goods
