Store & Merchandise Terms
The following terms apply to purchases made through the Ann Romes online store.
Products
All products sold are physical merchandise items produced on a print-on-demand basis. Each item is created specifically after an order is placed.
Orders and Payments
Prices are displayed in the selected currency at checkout. Payments are securely processed via third-party providers such as Stripe and/or PayPal. Ann Romes does not store or have access to customers’ payment details.
Production and Shipping
Orders are fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand provider. Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, demand, or external factors. Ann Romes is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Returns and Refunds
Because products are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, including clear photographic evidence. Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund.
Refunds are not provided for:
